We have travelled to almost every country in the world and stayed in the best hotels from Four Seasons to Aman to One & Only to Ritz Carlton yet we have never experienced the level of excellent service as the one we did at Raffles Makati. I can not begin to express our gratitude for our butlers Ron, Rudolf, Kent, Marco, Garry, Edrryann, Sebastian, their supervisor Dennis and the hotel manager Aubrey Ada for making us feel so special during our short yet incredibly memorable stay. Honestly if we were to come back to Manila it would literally be just to see our new found family again without even leaving then hotel. Again thank you very much to all of Makati team and look forward to seeing you all again real soon. Best, Berna

I was first introduced to the Raffles brand by family members who recommended that my sister and I stay at the Makati property earlier this year. They said it is well known for its unparalleled service. Since it is part of the Accor / Fairmont / Sofitel family, I knew that we were in good hands. Even before I arrived at the hotel, staff members were quick to answer my questions via email, which I truly appreciated. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is across the street from a mall with high-end shops and a variety of restaurants. While the property is among many high-rise buildings in Makati, the 32 all-suite hotel still feels intimate with its friendly staff. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was an international fare - Filipino, American, Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese, just to name a few cuisines. Even this month, the staff’s commitment to service carried on when they honored my request for my cousin’s weekend stay. The staff went above and beyond to make her birthday truly special - from the welcome treats upon check in to the night cap. Their thoughtfulness and their attention to detail embody what Raffles Makati’s is all about – dedication to service.

The Ultimate Staycation Hotel in Manila

My husband and I spent 2 days in Manila after a long flight from Canada. We booked at Raffles and loved it so much that we didn't want to leave the building! The staff was very attentive, and we enjoyed all the small details such as the 'aromatherapy sleep experience', sea salt selection to enhance our butter in the restaurant, pillow menu... The decor feels 'grand' and it was easy to see why the hotel chain continues to remain iconic. The private pool is gorgeous!! Whenever we weren't dining in one of the many great hotel restaurants, we were poolside. We enjoyed our stay so much that we just booked another night at the hotel at the end of our fabulous adventure in the Philippines. Thank you Raffles for turning moments into such great travel memories for us. We felt very special in your care.
